                 "The Morrow Project"

This project consists of a "somewhat" historical bath remodel.  The bathroom originally consisted of a single lavatory, a tub, and a water closet.  The primary objective of this remodel was to update the bathroom as a whole and to increase the overall size of the bathroom.  The plan is to demolish and remove the existing rear wall of the bathroom.  This wall serves as both the rear wall of the bathroom as well as the rear wall of the attached storage shed.  Our intention is to remove the divider wall (as it is not load bearing) and extend the bathroom back 4 feet.  The original dimension of the bathroom is 5'-6" x 7'-9"  Upon completion the overall dimension will be 5'-6" x 11'-3"  That is a lot of room to gain when talking about a bathroom.  Some of the amenities of the new bath will be a new lavatory, a new water closet, and a new claw foot tub.  Our goal is to try and maintain the original integrity of the bathroom, keeping the overall style the same as possible.  Below you will find a slideshow of the demolition phase.  Check back soon to find pictures of the drywalling phase and the finished product !!

"The Milam Project"  Completed
This project consisted of adding a 32' x 14' "shed roof" dormer.  The house was ready for an upgrade.  The main goal of the cutomer was to increase space.  And that we did.  We added over 400 square feet of living space to the existing home, not to mention another full bathroom with a tub/shower.  The job turned out wonderfully with no sudden suprises or problems.  Some of the features of this project included enegry efficient windows, "PEX" plumbing lines, maintenance free vinyl siding, "Mulehide" cold process rubber roofing, and much more.  There were also several aspects of the existing structure that had to be updated such as the main roof support beam, the roof's ridge beam, 95% of the rafters, and the rear soofit system, and a wall mounted "P-Tack" heat pump system for conditioning the air space.  The homeowner was totally satisfied and could not be happier.  Look for this reference in our previous client reference packet soon!
