Great Lexington, KY Contractor

My wife and I had a great experience with Calvin Gulley and Gulley Remodeling. In lieu of the sale of our home, we had to complete some repairs to the master bedroom patio roofing before the closing date, which was approaching quickly. With it being winter, a time when homes are put to the test and contractors are overwhelmed with emergency repairs as well as scheduled projects, I was nervous that we would not be able to find a contractor capable of doing quality work on such short notice. However, even with a busy schedule and dealing with the aftermath of one of the 2015 winter snow storms, Mr. Gulley and his crew, completed the work in short order, as promised. Upon completion, all old materials were removed and the patio swept clean. The patio roof now looks great and will take on whatever mother nature throws at it for years to come. Thank you Gulley Remodeling. My wife and I do truly appreciate your work and professionalism.

The Best you Can Trust

Wesley Gaunce wrote: I have used Gulley Remodeling for 2 different jobs in the past year. Both times I received very courteous service with top notch quality. The carpenters that worked my issues were very experienced fixed the issues from the builders without cutting corners. I would highly suggest anyone that needs quality work on their home for a fair price contact Gulley Remodeling. Quality work with even higher quality people. Thanks again for everything and I look forward to working with you all in the future.

“Calvin and everyone at Gulley Remodeling did a great job on our house. We had significant damage from an ice storm and they were not only able to fix the problems but also enhance our home at the same time. I would hire Calvin and his team again without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone.

WELL DONE JOB

VERY PLEASED

Our basement flooded last May after the torrential downpour. We had a to 1 along the entire floor which was enough to ruin the carpeting and a portion of the walls. We had to install a perimeter drainage system through a specialty contractor and completely remodel the basement. Gulley Remodeling was recommended by the installer of our drainage system. Calvin and his crew did a great job working...

Flexibility and accurate estimates. Two traits not often associated with contractors. Our experience with the "Gulley Gang" has been nothing but pleasant. Had them do three entirely different jobs (roof, siding, and tile) all with the same fantastic results. I suggest to others looking to have multiple jobs done around the house to give these guys a call. We were first just shopping around for a roofer then my wife had the wonderful idea of trying to find someone who could knock out the last few remodeling jobs we had on our list as well so we started calling around and stopped with Calvin. We have no regrets and are looking forward to them upgrading our bedroom as the arrival of our next child nears. Thanks for the great work guys. I love finding local businessmen who represent the city well.

We had to install a perimeter drainage system through a specialty contractor and completely remodel the basement. Gulley Remodeling was recommended by the installer of our drainage system. Calvin and his crew did a great job working with and around the installer. Calvin thought through the entire basement, made recommendations for improvements (such as adding insulation) and upgraded some of the installers work so that the basement would be done correctly. The crew was very professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the work and highly recommend Gulley Remodeling.Bill and Diane C.Lexington, KY

I've been working with Gulley Remodeling for several years and they've always done excellent work. They're professional, polite, and very nice to deal with. They clean up their job sites very well, and the quality of their work is top notch. They're the first company I call when I need work done on my house, and I've never, ever regretted it.

Gulley Remodeling is a contractor above all others! We had mystery leaks around the chimney. Calvin and the crew came out and spent a lot of time working on it. When another mystery leak appeared, they immediately rushed back to fix that one. Came in under budget, fine craftsmanship, and wonderful folks to work with! Finally, we have found a company to trust when it comes to our home.
